1. Information We Collect
LumaFlow securely stores account and financial management information necessary to provide the application's features. This may include your email address, manually entered transactions, bills, income entries, budgets, savings goals, debt information, support requests, feedback, and financial transaction data that you voluntarily authorize through a secure third-party bank synchronization service.
Your online banking credentials are entered directly with the bank synchronization provider and are never collected or stored by LumaFlow.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used to provide budgeting, forecasting, bill management, savings, debt tracking, cash-flow analysis, spending trends, recurring transaction detection, account support, security, and other financial management features within LumaFlow. Financial information obtained through an authorized bank synchronization service is used only to provide the features you choose to enable.
3. Bank Synchronization
Bank synchronization is optional. When you choose to connect a financial institution, you authorize LumaFlow and its secure third-party financial data connectivity provider to retrieve and process the account and transaction information you select. You may disconnect a connected financial institution through LumaFlow's Bank Sync settings.
4. Data Sharing
LumaFlow does not sell your personal or financial information. Information is shared only with trusted service providers when necessary to provide requested services, including bank synchronization, authentication, cloud hosting, communications, security, and application functionality. These providers process information on LumaFlow's behalf according to their contractual and legal obligations.
5. Data Security
LumaFlow uses secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted communications, authentication controls, access restrictions, and other reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to help protect your information. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
LumaFlow retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete your LumaFlow account through the application. Information associated with a deleted account is removed in accordance with LumaFlow's retention and disposal practices, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Temporary backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation is completed.
7. Your Choices
You may choose whether to use bank synchronization, review imported transactions before adding them to your budget, disconnect financial institutions, update certain account information, or delete your account. Disconnecting a financial institution stops future synchronization but does not automatically remove transactions previously added to LumaFlow.
8. Children's Privacy
LumaFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated as LumaFlow evolves, new features are introduced, security practices improve, or legal requirements change. The most current version will be available within the application and on this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using LumaFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the LumaFlow Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Personal Financial Management Tool
LumaFlow is a personal budgeting and financial management application. It helps users organize and review financial information, but users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their information and making their own financial decisions.
3. No Professional Advice
LumaFlow does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, bankruptcy, or legal advice. Information and projections presented by the application are for personal planning and informational purposes only and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.
4. Bank Synchronization Services
Bank synchronization is optional and occurs only after you authorize a connection through a secure third-party financial data connectivity provider. By connecting a financial institution, you authorize LumaFlow to access and process the account and transaction information you choose to share for budgeting and financial management purposes.
LumaFlow does not collect or store your online banking username or password. Authentication with your financial institution is handled directly by the bank synchronization provider. You may disconnect a financial institution through the application's Bank Sync settings. Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete transactions previously added to LumaFlow.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your LumaFlow account and for activity performed through your account. If you use bank synchronization, you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your financial institution credentials with your bank and the authorized bank synchronization provider.
6. Accuracy and Availability of Financial Data
Financial information may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, categorized incorrectly, or otherwise affected by financial institutions, connectivity providers, network availability, or user input. You are responsible for reviewing imported and manually entered information before relying on it.
7. Beta, Preview, and Testing Access
Beta, preview, trial, or testing versions of LumaFlow may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete features, or changes. Features and availability may be modified during development and testing.
8. Application Availability
LumaFlow may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security events, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside LumaFlow's control. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
9. Updates and Changes
LumaFlow may update the application, these Terms & Conditions, available features, subscription options, or supporting services. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
LumaFlow may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain security, prevent misuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms. You may stop using LumaFlow and delete your account through the application.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LumaFlow is not responsible for financial decisions, missed payments, overdrafts, losses, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or misunderstood information within the application.
